The D006 catalyst resin is used in petrochemical industries, the main purposes are: 
Used for producing MTBE. Isobutene and methanol are obtained from nature gas; Isobutene and methanol from C4 produce MTBE by addition reaction through the D006 catalysis. 

Pretreatment Before Using 
D006 usually is stored as wet form (there is about 55-57% moisture inside the macropore), As be washed before shipped, D006 needn’t to wash when put into reactor and can dip in the methanol 24 h. generally speaking, after repeatedly dip in methanol, the moisture holding are below 15%, so can run directly.

Packing and Transportation 
The products are packed 25kgs /PE plastic bag, also can pack as your request. The period of validity is 2 years when stored in room, and it should be counterchecked when overdue, when transportation, the rainwater are strictly prohibited and should not be stored in the iron container.

D008 catalyst applied in petrochemical industries, the main purposes are:
Sec-Butylenes Alcohol (SBA) is formed by hydration reaction between Butylenes and water with catalyst D008, and then MEK is formed by SBA dehydrogenation.
Propylene synthesizes dissopropyl ether.
Methyl Isobutyl Ketone is formed by Acetone one-step reaction.
